The M400 Nesting is an automatic line ideal for "nesting" processes with automatic loading and unloading.

Characteristics of the M400 CNC machine

The production process works as following: an automatic labeller prints and pastes the label on the panels as planned, then the work center takes the panel, positioning it in the exact point and starts cutting it. At the end of processing, the panel is unloaded onto a conveyor belt.

This CNC machine can cut wood, plastic, composite materials (plastic in general, pvc, etc.) and aluminum sheets; it is applied in the furniture sectors and in the production of exhibition stands.

The M400 Nesting is configured with 5-axis motors for 3D machining and can also process panels with a thickness of 50mm. The machine can be connected to the technical office which can send the project directly to the automatic line in a simple and fast way.
