CN DOORS AND DOORFRAMES

This model represents the SAOM machine specifically designed and built for the machining of doors, doorframes and hinges. This machine is composed of two working zones, the first where it is loaded and the door machined, the second where the door frame is positioned and machined. With reference to the door, it can be cut at 90° or with 45° inclination, milling of hinges lodging, mortised for the lock, bolt housing, sight hole, handle, key and internal/external machining. With reference to doorframes, all operation can be achieved at the same time the machining of hinges, locks the cutting of the two longitudinal beams and the cutting of the head beam on both sides. For the machining of doorframes, a special system has been designed that allows the defining of the reference point (zero point) of the interior and higher part of the doorframe. This tool is housed in the back of the machine, on a separate table, with references in longitudinal and transversal orientation, to facilitate the correct positioning of the doorframe in the zero point. This NC Machining Centre is equipped also with various motors, that carry out independent operations, such as the milling of hinges rebates, the mortise for the lock, bolt housing, sight hole, handle, key and internal/external machining. The machine is also equipped with a reclining saw blade at 0° and +/-45° for the cutting of the lower and upper part of the door. This saw group allows the machining of the door and the simultaneous 90° cutting of the two longitudinal beams. The two working zones allow the loading of components and unloading of machined parts of the doorframes, while it is machined the door. The door’s hinges and plate are machining through a floating head that compensates for any inaccuracies in the premachined parts. All above operations are carried out with direct motors, without the use of angular transmission, in order to obtain the best finishing of the part, in addition to a long-lasting lifetime of the same motor. This NC Machining Centre, equipped with a specific program for the machining of the doors, with advanced mechanical and electrical technology high production speeds can be achieved whilst still maintaining quality and performance.
